How to Return Your Item

Return Shipping

Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at bennevisbeauty@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
